Summer Heat Relief

Watermelon hits the spot best. Make frozen ice wiped up in the Nija blender and a few mixed drinks.

This is my favorite that combines the best of all three. Better Homes and Gardens called it An Easy Summer Sipper:

Fill glasses halfway with pomegranate, cherry, watermellon or raspberry sparkling soda, or rose sparkling wine. Add a scoop of lemon sorbet, or frozen flavored ice and top with a lemon slice or two.
